No, I haven't actually, and neither have the other board members. In fact most of that went on without our knowledge.

I was referring to Club's cash balances. Not even including any inventories. Sure, all checks require two signatories, but the sole card issued to the President did not.
In any event, how it appeared to be is NOT how it was in practice.

The last statement is most certainly in dispute and for legal reasons I won't be commenting on it further here.

I am far from suggesting that The President or other BoD positions must always be held by people with a wealth of relevant experience, nor that I wish to spend the rest of my life as President, but right now the Club needs leadership to get everything back on an even keel asap, and that time should be used to take on board younger volunteers in positions where their skills can be best utilised while they learn what is needed to prepare them for a higher level.
