I would ask the following questions of David:
- Have you as a non-president board member been involved in negotiating contracts with senior casino executives, or the Nevada Secretary of State? If yes, then I must assume that this ability to negotiate is not limited to just the president, and other board members can assist and even take the lead in these activities. Is this correct?
- I assume the $250,000 in club assets are donations in the museum of gaming history. From reading prior posts on this topic, it appears that President Vergatos didn’t have direct access to oversee those assets, and I would assume that this wouldn’t change whether you or Oscar is president.
- Further, based on comments from former president Vergatos, it would seem that the club doesn’t have an inventory of those assets, there is at least the potential of misappropriation, and that they appear to not be been well taken care of the in the past. Is this a statement that is in dispute?
Kindly,
John
