I understand there's probably a learning curve here but I promise you that this is not rocket science. I'd also argue this is the exact reason it shouldn't be someone who is on the board. Change is good. TCB as it is today is an absolute relic and it's really painful to watch. You want to breath new life into the hobby and its way of life? Don't elect someone who's just going to go through the motions because "this is the way it's always been done."
