Not sure but maybe there was a series of these but never made it out
due to Castro taking over the Hotel and Cuba.
Could have been a set that would have come out.

Hard to get a good pic due to Gold missing in the hot stamp.

Chipguide says Sample, fantasy or unused Rack.
I think not fantasy but Sample because I’ve never seen others except in the guide and I think one other collector in Florida.
Would like to get more if anyone has them.
