Are you saying that young people won't be interested in serving? Or that the current membership wouldn't vote for them? Or that current leadership won't appoint them to committees?

My reference to the word "club" was a play on words. When KTD (Kids These Days) go clubbing, they go to nightclubs. When we refer to our "club", it's the CCA/CCGTCC.

Anyway, please clarify your response for me so I have a good understanding of what you're trying to say.
