Yes, now that I read that for the third time. That's the way I see it. Whatever words anyone uses, donate, contribute, submit, the point is, use, not transferring the ownership of the image.

I never saw it any other way and I don't know how this got into "I can't use my own images"? I own them... forever, unless I transfer ownership.

If I'm wrong, I want to see where in the share an image and information I signed away the rights to my own images?

TCB doesn't own the rights to the nice selfie of Valerie and I at Carter Casino, but the image is allowed to be used by this BB and no one else.

Real simple: You may not copy any of the content from any website for use anywhere else. (without permission) Same applies to TCG, including not only photos but any other content that someone could copy, screen grab or use for another website.
