Charles, I think you are shooting from the hip here. Is this stance that you, and even more so the organization you represent, made under the advisement of legal IP counsel? Or did you stay at a Holiday Inn once?

At a minimum, the ill will you have festered is going to have severe ramifications as far as future submissions to the Chipguide.

Maybe a new guide where submissions clearly state “photo used courtesy of its contributor” is in order?
