Mr. Kaplan:
Obviously your interpretation of "Submitted items will not be returned" are much different then mine.
I look at it as the scans of the items submitted will not be returned, not that I gave up my right to withdraw that permission.
So, I suggest that the policy be rewritten to include the statement that permission that is granted to the Chip Guide to use a submitted item from a contributor is nonrevocable and that scan becomes the sole property of the MOGH.
