It must have been 20 maybe 25 years ago that the ALCAZAR chips appeared on eBay.

I believe there was somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 to 60 chips, give or take.

I believe 4 of us went in together on the auction. Besides myself there was Larry Watson, Michael Par and Robert Eisenstadt.

Yellow and brown were the most common. After that I believe there were maybe 8-10 red, 3-5 blue and one white——- I think!!

Of course there was only one chip with Jack Shivel’s name on it.

I threw in extra money to get the one white and the one Jack Shivel chip
