I seldom read this board, usually about every 10 days. For amusement purposes only. Jerry had told me he was considering resigning. I tried to talk him into hanging on. But I fully understand. I would have never put up with all the crap he was dealing with. I have been an active member of this organization for about 28 years. And this organization has had many really good presidents in the past, and Jerry Vergatos was one of the best of all. This organization will suffer dearly as a result of his resignation and the convention will be significantly effected by his loss.
However the SNCCC will become a much stronger organization, because of Jerry's leadership. Who knows we may even sponsor our own chip shows or maybe even a convention in the future. Its amazing how many members we have in the SNCCC that are not members of the CCA. Some food for thought. Jerry is a leader and leader's always always come out ahead in the future.
