The problem with removing your name from the magazine list really matters very little. The difference between printing 1000 copies and 1200 copies is minimal. The printer makes its money with setup costs, type of paper and binding used, etc. And they negotiate shipping costs so those are very reasonable also (a few years ago I think it was like $.75 each).
