Jerry,

I've had the pleasure of working with you on publicity and advertising for the convention for two years, and I have enjoyed every minute. This club is losing a most valuable asset, one whose every decision that I have witnessed is based on what is best for the club and the hobby. Pushing new ideas is never easy, and is especially difficult without support from the trenches and from management. The CCA and the MoGH are both 100% volunteer groups, which are the hardest to manage. In view of that fact, Jerry, you've done a fantastic job at a thankless task.

I suspect there is a large number of Jerry Vergatos fans within our club. I urge every member of the CCA who reads this to write a note of appreciation and let him know we thank him, and we will miss him.
