Just when I thought there would be no controversy in this election here you are.

You couldn't just let this election be without some controversy and let the membership decide on their own.

What you didn't mention is that Rich was exonerated on your claims and you had to reluctantly apologize to him. I forced the issue in a Zoom meeting with the MoGH board and Michael Sisken present. Interestingly Jim Follis was to administer the claims even after Rich resigned before the process started. Jim pressed the CCA Bod to continue the process without even involving Rich. The CCA board doled out the 6-month sentence. It was later discovered that Rich had valid points which were not disclosed during the investigation oops!! and was afforded his status back in the Club with conditions of him receiving his original membership number and an apology from you. He also apologized for the drama that was created. You have had a long-standing feud with Rich going back decades and you just cannot seem to let go of the past. You put the club at risk for your harassment causing him to file Intent to Sue documents on the CCA Board and yourself. Your attitude was to let it happen. Your concern for the club and MoGH is purely superficial. You have no concern for anything or anyone else but your own bruised and misguided attitude. You tried this tactic on me the last election with your threats and the claim you filed against me which was also dismissed as your claim was inappropriate and childish. I could have filed 4 claims against you then for ethical violations but chose not to.

You have sided with Jim Follis because you feel he has done a lot for the CCA and the MoGH. He has lately managed to do most of your work concerning some parts of the MoGH. You seem to have time for posting Chipgide items as that is your real concern meanwhile the Mogh has gone nowhere, an example being the storage area which is in shambles. Another concern was whether I would be allowed to have a key to the MoGH storage area. You also agreed to the number of storage units being increased causing your expenditures to go way beyond the income generated so you are in the red.

As far as Jim goes he has limitations and some issues that are also unethical which you obviously don't know about. As the exhibits director for the MoGH, he has had some serious problems with returning loaned items to club members upon the end of the exhibit. It seems when items are returned there is always something that's missing, this has happened at least 4 times to my knowledge. One of those incidents caused the club to reimburse the member and another incident forced the club to purchase the lost item. That was a very large amount. Also, he has had runs with the Neon museum and also with the El Cortez. What is the disposition of those lost items? Recently there was an issue with me in that he had told a member of the SNCCC that a donation to the CCA Raffle was given to me. I did not receive that donation. A week later he found the item in the back of this car.

He is supposed to have records of donations and the donors with a full inventory of the loaned items. As far as I know, those records have not been updated. What about the items on loan at the Mob Museum especially. Some other unethical situations are when he removed an alligator door handle at the Orleans. The handle was loose and he kept jiggling it until it came off. He was accused of taking plastic chip racks from the poker room at the Orleans and selling them on eBay, He was caught conspiring with a hotel desk employee on receiving commemorative Hotel key cards and listing them on eBay before there were to be issued to the public. An action that may have cost the SNCCC having our free meeting room canceled.

Before you condemn Rich or anyone else, open your eyes and clean up your own house. Your lack of concern for the club and the Mogh is a disgrace. I would urge the MoGH board to remove both of you and place someone who is forward-looking and actually has the Club and Mogh in their heart.
