unfortunately, In all my collecting days, if the chip I needed for my collection wasn`t new or near new, I didn`t want it. My theory is different, I didn`t want a used chip and wait for an upgrade latter on.. I understand the theory about a used chip verses a new chip. In most opinions, a used chip may have more value to a collector rather then a new chip. But to each his or her own. Thats like I have never collected a cancelled chip either. But still have enjoyed the hobby for many years.
