At the College of the Desert in, I think, Rancho Mirage - some miles south-east of downtown Palm Springs, with Cat City squeezed in-between. Did not see any "garage-sale" type items - mostly jewelry, clothing, lots of food/vendor trucks, some rocks (crystals) and those golf balls, on sale at several booths. Admission was free.
