It has been, but putting a lot of them in air tights and then in ziplock baggies for even better protection and future possible sales in display cases.
People like to look at them in the cases and most of the better chips are displayed and stored this way to prevent damage and can be looked at in a better easier way.
I do like flipping through the pages though, that’s fast and easy as well.
So I guess it depends on what your going to do with them or how you want to store them.
It was an easy way to photograph them and categorize them at first.
