To me it’s O&C and R&G … but no idea of which obverse/reverse

I can’t find anything in the guide

Maybe R&G is “Racing & Gaming”?
Maybe it’s just the first letter of 4 peoples’ names and the chips were for a private game?

I’ve read that the Tri-Bal mold was made by Joe Treybal Sporting Goods Company, St. Louis MO…. is that exclusive? Maybe that’s a clue?

I’m new at this, so this any help would be appreciated!
