It looks like a 1 Gulden coin, definitely from the Netherlands of course, circa mid to late 1960's (1967?)
The sticker on the back says:

Uitgeest Fair
Big Party
July 24-25-26-27

... Uitgeest is a small municipality in the province of North Holland
