~~~ I have no idea but, I think you have a pretty good idea of the year (car) and, even though the women appear to be older, the female looking out the window appears to have the same uniform as everyone else so, maybe a women's school? I remember you mentioning "sufferage" but I don't know. My only suggestion is a façade search of the school; if that's what it is and, then move on to womems' school uniforms.

It's a good study, though; especially while waiting for the mail to arrive and watering orchids in the courtyard. Nothing like being mobile with a hand-held device...
