"You can take a White Horse anywhere!" Someday I'd like to make a Durian Scotch Whiskey and then advertise, "You can take a Durian anywhere" and see what those Singas have to say about it.
Inside the durian - a lot of fiber (sort of like a jackfruit or even a cocoanut if you will) - within the fiber, pockets of a soft yellow custard-like material with big seeds in it. You don't eat the seeds. The custard-y stuff is delicious . . . BUT it smells like raw sewage. And the odor gets everywhere. Definitely an "acquired taste." It doesn't taste like sewage - just smells like it. Someday all of you should get a durian and have fun with acquaintances and neighbors you don't like!
