Jo, there is no need to call. They are in complete gross error. What the letter refers to does not apply to anything that either you or I did wrong. The letter is telling you that you made a purchqse; paid money to me, and they want to know how much you paid so that they can tax you. The number of days it takes to do something that the letter claims means nothing. They are actually sending you a letter that they should have never sent you... You did not purchase anything from outside the EU, in the US, from me.
