I get that they don't want to encourage casinos to make collectibles available to us (but, hey, they still have gift stores with their hotel/casino names on a ton of stuff), but what about the historical aspect? And what harm does it do to make this information available? Do they think it makes people collect more? I don't. It's just valuable information for those that already do.
I suspect this report still exists, but is just not being made public anymore. So, how much effort are they saving on their part?
I don't think they thought this out too well.
