You are right about controlled supply...one stack are in Canada near me, and the other is in France I think. And aside from being a bit different the jerry's nugget cards have a story to go along with the price...that the cards were unliked by dealers, so they sat outside in a truck and baked, which allowed the "magic" to happen to the glue and the finishes of the cards, and then were sold at the casino's gift shop for a$1 a deck up until the past 20 years or so.
