It reminds me of a dealer at The Talking Stick poker room in Arizona who uses one of those wooden back scratchers to grab the chips and 'rake' them into the pot.

She said it was because she was so short, that if she didn't use it her back would hurt for days if she had to continually stand up and lean over to pull the chips into the pot.
