Upon close study of the "T" in red, I feel it is ~

~~~ dominant when comparing it to the other denominations which just strengthen the possibility that it is TROUVILLE, along with considering there are not too many configurations of a back-to-back "C" and a "G" on both sides of a "T" and though I agree with what has been mentioned prviously; when I actually read from left to right, I see the "G" as the second word and not seeing Grand Casino, but rather Casino Grand which is not how we see the spelling anywhere where we see Grand Casino Trouville. Very little mention of those three words in the same breath to be certain but still enough to look further since I know virtually nothing about the casino or its history (not my department grin ) and I only focus on finding the stuff... grin
