If a rental company provides services on a ship does that make the chips "wet chips"?

Why do I ask? I have now a double entry and I want to clear this out.
It seems that the gaming table, which I don't have, speaks of a ferry between the Netherlands and the UK but the chips were owned by a company called "Casino Valkenswaard Services/ Casino services Valkenswaard/ Casino services BV".
This company stopped all activities and the chips came available on the market.
