5 June 1919: The National Suffrage Amendment, the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, passed by Congress? That's completely leading, but does anyone have any idea if these dresses and hats with the vests, have anything to do with that event? Or any other society or women's organization?

Glass negative. Looks like it says BHS 19 or HHS 19, I see what looks like a Model T in the background.

Just trying to get any educated guess of what this image is showing?
