I send gifts to EU eBay sellers all the time and use the exact form with claiming a "0" value under signature. Never a problem.

Have them return the package to me and I will re-send it to the USA address.

When I SELL and ship to the EU, that is another story and not the case here...

I guarantee you WILL receive the gift via another method of transport mailed to the US mailing address I have on file once they return it to me.

It will be okay...

Bottom line is I did not SELL you anything and you did not pay anything as the letter states.

There was NO sale and there should not be anything to be paid by you...
