Just wanted to say that last nights meeting at the Gold Coast was tons of fun! I had a blast introducing myself to the people that were there, explaining how I got into collecting chips, why I collect chips, the purpose behind the videos that I make along with some other talking points that I did. Everyone seemed to have liked it, which makes me happy. I also know that there aren't too many people my age in this hobby, but someone did ask me if I knew anyone around my age that does collect chips. Off the top of my head I could probably name 3-4 people. Recently I have noticed more younger people starting to collect and I think that's awesome. Hopefully the videos that I make share the hobby and history with those around the world so chips aren't a forgotten thing of the past. Which they won't be for a long long long time. I did also win a chip in the auction which I wasn't really expecting, but hey Kings Castle $5! Come join the collection! Another TRK for myself, which is awesome! Look forward to seeing everyone at the next meeting and sharing our hobby again. I'm still trying to work on the podcast series I talked about a few months ago, sorting/finding a nicer quality microphone and then I'm going to try and figure out a nice overlay for the videos.
