I reached out to him a year or two ago because he has a few chips I'm interested in. His response was that the chips he has listed are part of an estate he's supposed to liquidate. Said the prices are dictated by the family and will not be lowered. If you've been following his listings as I have, they've been up there a LOOOOONG time with no activity (at least on the handful I'm interested in).
