Prior; BG was interested in exporting their CIC product to the US and BJ wasn't too happy about it. BG's law firm phoned me regarding the issue (archived here) and needed my advice as to what I thought regarding their product being too close in design and manufacture to BJ's product. My opinion was that both products did not resemble each other and were totally different. Then, when it got down to being legal and not just talk, I phoned my law firm and they advised me to not say a word (in writ) and back out. I later learned I wasn't the only person they contacted as one other club member was asked the same questions. Bottom line; BG's CIC product never made it to our shores.
