Stumbled upon this trying to ID a chip Virgil posted down the index. Not sure it is a match, though and more info is needed... though, I think the place was a true 'Cercle' (private membership club) and the author might not have known that if that was the case... Anyway, maybe listing the place in ChipGuide might be a good idea.
