In one of your earlier posts I mentioned an old magazine article with photos but don`t remember which one; maybe LIFE. If LIFE, you might want to check archive photos from B.C. Wills. They had some heavy stuff that Oscar stumbled upon.
The size of the chips were not uncommon... especially if they were following European tradition back then... and if so; maybe the "10" isn't a table number.
Also archived here are photos from other South American casinos with small wheels on double-layout tables.
I don`t do Brasil, so I don't know too much (close to nothing) and it might be a good idea to check with Pascoal.
