The week before Christmas is traditionally the cheapest week to stay in Vegas, and has been for many years.

5 star hotels such as Aria, Vdara, Venetian, etc. are about $100 per night, or less.

I would think hotels would be chomping at the bit to book conventions that week.

I guess people don’t want to book conventions that week since it is too close to Christmas..
