Jim is correct. There is no problem whatsoever in nominating a person that has received this award in a previous year.

This award is for the person who you feel has the greatest contributions and positive impact on our hobby during 2021.

With that said, I will gladly post a list of previous recipients. I will get a list posted ASAP.
