no one at the counter no one in front or behind me, the gal giving the chip out was at a front table talking to people, I finally took one chip and left. There was about 85 chip in the hundred chip plastic holder. I could have grabbed a handful. I'm glad I was honest, I believe a thief gets his or her punishment down the road. so glad I resisted.
