I use the corrugated cardboard mailers and you can put in up to 3 chips in a #10 envelope. Normally with 1 chip I just mark it Non-machinable and pay the extra amount. The best way to do it is to weigh it at home and put stamps on it and stick it in your mailbox. That way as long as your postman takes it you are all set. I have never had a problem. (Knock on wood!)
