Back in May I bought a chip the Hellers .The chip was tracked to San Francisco and then disappeared . After a claim was entered to Ebay and I waited several weeks Ebay refunded the cost of the chip.Were are talking excess of $100.Today the chip shows up in my mail there was some red print that was hard to read as it was almost wiped out but it said found in supposed empty equipment . Now I have the chip and was also refunded my cost from Ebay It took 4 1/2 months to get to me .What should I do ?
