The ones that I know of show circles and then squares as moved around a little when held obliquely to light. I don't know of any chips showing "streamers" but yours seems to show the little circles as with previous chips. I'd have to get one (a new chip?) and play around with it a little bit to see if the security pattern has changed in any way.
