...because the original went bankrupt. Then the assets were sold to Palm Gaming. But some chipco people started Game On Chip Company, who made their own ceramic blanks, and from whom I bought a few chips here and there. Then GOCC sold to new owners, who promptly quit responding reliably to anybody, and I wasn't even sure they still made chips. And somewhere in there the GOCC people got the Chipco name back. I think.
