Some here have suggested many casinos only because of the word "Thermal" and I pointed out that the monogram does not show up on any of their certificate of shares. I even had Mr Boon in Belgium who specialized in stock certificates to search and nothing. So many people think it is Vichy but can not find the monogram anywhere... the name either.

As Westen mentioned, most of the lower denomination MOP only have monograms without names and same exact monograms may NOT be from where some think they are from as Westen also pointed out no matter how exact the monogram matches another.
