I know this has been discussed in the past along with lots of humor... and, the question came up last night whether the three locations were part of the Caribbean (not.by a chipper; an orchid enthusiast).

Other than this ChipGuide image (which is perfectly fine in my opinion), this was part of my response... and thought to post it here as well...
