I am slowly going through a collection I bought. came across these 2 pieces. Very cool I really like them.

Both have Vichy on them. So I looked up Vichy. Found France and maybe a dozen locations. Not a one had either of these. I am guessing old but then I know nothing.

Any help first on actual location, second what does the 20 and 100 represent and of course a value today. Not for sale. They are super cool.
