I don't expect that too many people could afford the payment expected so it would be relatively low.
I wonder how many were "mates," family or paybacks/favours too?
Just a bitter, twisted and corrupt individual and there are more than enough stories to back that up so....................
Let's hope he manages to completely disappear up his own backside and leave the world in peace.
