I am driving cross country in Spring of 1995, I did not know there were casinos in Biloxi, or anything about Biloxi, on my way to New Orleans, I spent 2 days in Biloxi . I had just started collecting. I stopped at The Gold Shore, the place was empty , The Slots were shut off , after finding someone who worked there , I was told that It was closing for good . I asked if I could buy some chips, we walked over to the casino cage was told to wait , after a few minutes I was told me all the chips were all locked up, but they found a $2.50 chip , I could buy. I did .
