The yellow "CC" appears more defined and, having a serial number doesn't really mean too much because blank, obverse chips were normally stock inventory and any personal set could easilly have serial numbers.

Two of the monograms you show are listed at eBay. I have been asked if they were personal sets by European collectors. One collector commented on the unusual shape.of one denomination.
