Talk about Double Dogs! I am fairly sure the L. A. Police Department issued a chip several years ago promoting its DARE Program. Drug Awareness Research Excitement, or some such thing. Like man, my mind grows hazy just thinking about it. Either a chip or a Slammer for Pog games. But I do not have one.
