Recently, about six years ago; I had moved it from where it was being kept since early-1993, to another storage area and detected a slight odor with a bit of distortion while not thinking too much of it, but still keeping an eye on it while in a safe place away from the formaldehyde fumes -- far away and, though it has not changed in shape from what I noticed in 2016, the odor is still there though, dry.

I have no time for arts and crafts in trying to play around with it and not too keen on the fridge bit or other methods of sealing it off with lacquer or embedding it and decided to put it up for consideration...
