I wonder if it's not a "mold" and simply an embossed "design" which, could.have easilly received a hot stamp.
Usually, a mold would have sufficient surface area to include any type of graphic such as a hot stamp or litho inlay...
If there isn't any manufacturer's code or some type of name, should we call it a mold because there is an example of a chip with a hot stamp... and, if that were the case; should we call all codes seen in Seymour's with a design embossed in the field a mold as well; such as PL-RH Club House or PL-RW Oak Wreath ( and others)?
Maybe it was an order for a boxed, board game?
