Long Beach Flea Market finds today

First - when is a casino token "not" a casino token?

Not a lot of stuff today although I diligently walked around at least half the show area before my good leg sort of gave out on me. The "God Luck Casino" chip I suspected was a fantasy item but I wasn't sure of it. Supposedly Armin Pfaender was in attendance as a vendor but I never spotted him or any of his chips. Weather was not bad, a little warm but no rain or thunderstorms (which were predicted) and I was able to park pretty close to an exit gate. Not as large a crowd down there as I had feared.

A token is "not" a token when it's from Knott's Berry Farms' Palms Casino! An arcade make-believe casino in the Western Town where you either buy these aluminum tokens for play, or they come out of the machines sometimes. But I'd been looking for one for awhile now. A "hoard" seems to have recently surfaced on eBay for $7 -$8 each. Mine cost a buck. So while it's "Knott" real, actually it IS real at Knotts, believe it or Knott, nyok nyok, nyok! Somebody hand me a felafel, cuz I just said "Isreal."
